So, we started to think about recruiting in an Elixirr way. We asked ourselves, when it comes to the application process, how many consultancies give you the chance to meet members of the team, across all grades, and ask them about life at the firm?
And so, OpenDoor was born.
OpenDoor is a free, virtual Q&A session hosted every other Friday. It’s a completely informal 30-minute session run by our consultants and our talent team. Not a test, nor an interview –just an opportunity to ask questions about the business and/or role, and a chance to get to know us better.
