Marketing Executive


Overall Purpose of the Role

We’re looking for a versatile marketer with a passion for challenger marketing who is ready to take our LinkedIn to the next level and get stuck into a range of channels. As part of a small team, you’ll be helping with everything from organic social and email marketing to disruptive brand campaigns and more.

Key Accountabilities

  • Organic LinkedIn: managing the planning, content creation, copywriting, community management and execution, with a focus on increasing our followers and engagement
  • Investor relations marketing: assisting with all areas of this audience, including email marketing, website updates and videos for sharing results throughout the year 
  • Supporting the team on delivering key communications and announcements, including new acquisitions, team members and partner hires 
  • Creating email marketing campaigns and managing HubSpot automation and reporting
  • Helping with general website updates & identifying ways to improve key pages using analytics software
  • Working closely with marketing team to support with day-to-day tasks relating to thought leadership initiatives, case studies, brand campaigns, filming, etc.
  • Supporting ad hoc marketing tasks, including event planning, award writing and managing branded merchandise
  • Communicating with the creative design team for marketing assets for all channels

Person Specification

  • A passion for marketing & social media
  • An interest in business and current affairs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Able to work well in a team and under own initiative
  • A self-starter who is capable of meeting deadlines


  • Marketing degree (or related) or 3+ years in B2B marketing or social media marketing
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (ideally B2B)
  • LinkedIn experience (organic)
  • Email marketing experience


  • HubSpot experience
  • WordPress experience
  • Adobe Creative Cloud experience; namely Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  • Additional social media channel experience
